“Thanks for your wonderful house in Chatham!! We had a blast – there were usually 13 of us and there was plenty of room, everything we needed for cooking. The second kitchen was a bonus – very helpful for storing beverages! I didn’t expect you to be so fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc so that was extremely helpful. “Top Ten List: 10.) Kitchen is stocked with every imaginable utensil including corn picks and lobster crackers. 9.) Two all-terrain red wagons to schlep stuff to the beach. 8.) Twice-weekly garbage collection to remove the MOUNTAIN of rubbish. 7.) Two sets of laundry machines to process clothes from 3 active families! 6.) Yahtzee with all the dice and fresh scorecards. 5.) Super powerful window A/C’s to create a cool retreat after a hot day on the beach. 4.) Outdoor dinner seating for 20+. 3.) 2 TV’s + DVD’s which helps solve family battles over which movie to watch. 2.) Outdoor shower with hot water! and, 1.) HOP – SKIP – and a – JUMP to Emack & Bolio’s ! We had a great two weeks with 5 adults and 12 cousins under one roof and grandparents just across the street at the Cranberry Inn. “I just wanted to let you know how perfect and fantastic the Chatham house was. Our entire family truly enjoyed our time there, and we found it very difficult to leave. It really made our weekend memorial extra special and we were glad to be able just to walk to and from town, and the squire where we had an excellent dinner Saturday. I also wanted to thank you for being so understanding when my brother-in-law called to ask if we could take our time with our departure on Sunday. We ended up getting some sandwiches form the café next door and ate out back in the Adirondack chairs. We did do some cleaning and I hope we left it in good condition! “We had a WONDERFUL time!!! Your home was perfect for a large crowd and I can’t tell you how much everyone loved the gigantic couch. We took our group photo on it at the end of the trip. Our days consisted of everyone running sometime in the morning, relaxing, talking (and doing work on laptops) during the day, and cooking big meals in the evening. Two kitchens worked perfectly. We never even turned the TV on. I will try to send you a picture or two. At most times during the day there were about 5-6 people on separate laptops, so we got a kick out of that. One girl sprained her ankle on our first run, but a woman was nice and stopped and took her back to the house in her car. But other than that, it was perfect!” L.T. –

“We have stayed in many houses in the Chatham area over the past 6 or 7 years, and I have to say this house was the best. Although it was not on the beach as many of the houses we rented have been, the number of bedrooms and the dual kitchens, and the central location to town and beach, made the house the favorite for all 14 of us – and it’s tough to get all 14 people to be unanimous. The beautiful weather made the week extra special. We usually get a couple days of rain and that just did not happen this year. By the way, our kids wanted to report that it is a mere 314 steps to Buffy’s Ice Cream. I wish I could give you some negative feedback, but I just can’t. Thanks for a great week!” J.S. –

“We really enjoyed every aspect of our vacation. The house is just perfect for our family. We only drove to Stop and Shop, the movies and Pirates Cove! We used the beach chairs, the sand toys and the gas grills. We used both of the refrigerators and really appreciated the washer and dryer. The third floor really added a lot of space, the room air conditioners worked very well! Thanks so much for the opportunity to have such a memorable time. We are still trying to decide if the destination next summer is Cape Cod or somewhere else. Do you have any weeks still open in July? Thanks again!” S.M. –
“My family has been enjoying annual family re-unions over Columbus Day weekends going on 5-years now. Since most of us live in New England; naturally we chose the most beautiful town on Cape Cod; Chatham. Finding a home large enough to host 16 people was a lot easier than we thought it would be. That is because we found this fantastic home in a great location. This gem is always meticulously clean, extremely well-stocked and equipped, very close to exquisite Chatham Village and an easy walk to Coast Guard (Lighthouse) Beach. The owners of this property are sticklers for details; extremely customer oriented, professional and true joys to deal with. This home has something for everyone. It’s adorned with beautiful furniture, plenty of space for socializing, very well-stocked kitchens, privacy for those quiet moments, a large deck in the rear of the home and a quaint front porch to enjoy a good book. The 3rd floor is very spacious with several beds and a full bathroom. This area is perfect for the kids. This home is a true gem in very close proximity to all Chatham has to offer. We all recommend it highly for sightseeing; families with teenagers; tourists without a car; families with young children; age 55+; girls getaway; adventure seekers; romantic getaways.” J.B. –

The (Stickley) furniture was gorgeous as well as comfortable and there was room enough for all. It was perfect and I know that we will be talking about our trip for years to come. Thank you so much for the bottle of wine. That was really thoughtful. We went to Brax for Sunday brunch, the Squire for lunch and the Impudent Oyster for dinner. We also used Luscious Louie's for the anniversary cake. Great recommendations! The Party Girls of Cape Cod catered the clam and lobster bake and they did a wonderful job. I hope you and your family were able to make use of the champagne and beer that we left in the refrigerator. Also, my sister Susi had purchased little candleholders for the outside table. We left those, too. I really appreciate all of the help that you provided us preparing for the trip. We will recommend your rental to any friends coming to Cape Cod. Thanks again.” C.S.-
